My upcoming book Stadtalphabet Barcelona (An urban alphabet of Barcelona) is going to be released shortly (ISBN 978-3-85449-386-0), featuring a text by Barcelona based type designer Andreu Balius. It deals with the typography of shop front lettering and signboards in Barcelona as a sequel to Stadtalphabet Wien (An urban alphabet of Vienna) which was released 2009 by Sonderzahl Verlag Wien (ISBN 978-3-85449-300-6). The book is set with the typeface Barna, designed by Andreu Balius, available at Typerepublic.
